Passport & Visa Requirements
Your passport must be valid at least 6 months from the date of your entry to Jordan. Nationals of the countries list below must obtain a Jordanian visa before traveling:
Angola, Afghanistan, Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, State of Eritrea, Central African Republic, Republic of Uzbekistan, Iran Republic, Republic of Albania , Republic of Uganda, Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Republic of Botswana, Burkina Faso, Republic of Burundi, Belize, Republic of Benin, Republic of Chad, United Republic of Tanzania, Togolese Republic, Republic of Djibouti, Republic of Zambia, Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, Republic of the Sudan, Republic of Senegal, Republic of Sierra Leone, Somalia, Iraq, Gabonese Republic, Republic of The Gambia, Republic of Ghana, Republic of Guatemala, Republic of Guinea, Republic of Equatorial Guinea, Republic of Guinea-Bissau, Republic of the Philippines, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Kingdom of Cambodia, Republic of Cameroon, Republic of Cuba, Republic of Colombia, Republic of Kenya, Republic of Liberia, Republic of Mali, Republic of Madagascar, Republic of Mozambique, Republic of Namibia, Republic of Niger, Federal Republic of Nigeria, State of Nepal, Republic of Mongolia, Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Republic of Moldova, Union of Myanmar, Kingdom of Morocco, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Republic of the Congo, Papua New Guinea, Lagos, Dominican Republic, Kingdom of Swaziland, Union of the Comoros, Macedonia.
However, please check with your foreign, consulate, embassy for updates as this list might change.
Other nationalities may obtain a tourist visa valid for 1 entry upon arrival at Jordanian airports, ports and land borders, with the exception of the King Hussein (Allenby) Bridge where no visas are issued. At the time of printing, the visa fees are JD40 (US$57.00) and must be paid in Jordan Dinars. Banks and money changers are available at all border points.
Departure Tax
If you are traveling by scheduled flights, your departure tax is already included in your ticket. Otherwise, you will be asked to pay JD 10.00 at ports and land borders.
Pick Up Instructions
Although not part of the tour package, Wander Trace Tours will endeavor to provide a pick-up service from most hotels in Amman and the city of Aqaba on the first day of your itinerary. You will be advised the time and place of this service prior to your arrival to Jordan. Alternatively, we will advise you of the closest location for you to join the tour.
Pick up time may vary as we may need to pick up clients from different hotels and points. In this respect, and out of courtesy to all the guests on the tour, our pick up service will depart at the exact time that is scheduled in the advice we send you with the confirmation of your booking.
Baggage Handling
The tour price includes the handling of 1 average size suitcase not to exceed 76x46x25cms (30x18x10 inches) and a handbag that can fit in the overhead compartment of the coach or in the back of the car. Wander Trace Tours reserves the right to charge for additional luggage. All hotels in Jordan will gladly offer to store any additional luggage until your return.
Children
Chchildren have not yet celebrated their 2nd birthday can travel with their parents at no charge. Older children who have not yet reached their 12th birthday enjoy a discount of 50% on the tour cost, provided they share their parents’ bed. Please inquire about the cost of an extra bed
Smoking
Wander Trace Tours will endeavor to provide you with a non-smoking room where available. Smoking is not permitted on coaches.
Changes to the Itinerary
Where deemed to be in the best interest of the participants, Wander Trace Tours reserves the right to change the type of vehicle, the sequence of the visits or the hotels that were originally confirmed. In such cases, the substitute services shall be of the same standard/classification or better than those originally mentioned in the itinerary.
Prices & Validity
Where otherwise indicated, prices are quoted per person in US Dollars and are based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room with private facilities.
All the prices shown are valid until 31 Dec 2017. However, Wander Trace Tours reserves the right to change rates at any time prior to receipt of payment by reason of major currency fluctuations or change in applicable tax rules.
There will be a supplement during Christmas and New Year , will be advised upon booking.
Cancellations
Canceling a booking after it has been confirmed may incur a charge. Please see the details in the following table.

However, if Wander Trace Tours decides to cancel an entire tour package prior to the start date, then a full refund of the monies received shall be made within not more than 7 days from the day you receive the cancellation notification by email.
Refunds & Claims
We regret that no refund is made for services (meals, accommodation, sightseeing) that you decide not to use.

If you wish to file a written complaint, please note that Wander Trace Tours is unable to entertain any such complaint received more than 21 days after the termination of the tour.
Wander Trace Tours shall endeavor to deliver the services included in the tour package in an expeditious and professional manner and according to the standards of the industry. The liability is limited to an amount that is not more than the cost of the tour package that you have booked and paid for.
Travel Insurance
Please remember to arrange for your travel insurance when you decide to book your desired tour package.
Insurance is also recommended to provide coverage to passengers if refunds pursuant to payment and cancellation clause below are unavailable due to the terms of that clause.
Please note that we can provide you with third party legal liability insurance.
Force Majeure
While Wander Trace Tours shall make every effort to fulfill its obligations, it is not liable for failure to perform such obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Jordan. In case of dispute, the parties shall Endeavor to settle any dispute that arises by direct negotiation between them. Any dispute that is not settled by direct negotiation shall be referred to the civil courts in Amman.
Refusal of entry at the border
As a tour company we make sure that you have all the information you need regarding crossing the border prior to your trip, however we have no control over the procedures and systems followed by the border authorities, so we can’t guarantee your entry at the border.
Please be aware that if a customer is denied entry at the border by the border authorities for any reason, we can’t be responsible for that, hence the cancellation terms shown below would be applicable.
